WSA is seeking proposals from experienced Offerors to provide Program Monitoring Services. The request includes the provision of compliance and programmatic monitoring services as contracted by WSA to one or more subrecipients, service providers, or contractors, and processes associated with WSA’s programmatic oversight functions. WSA reserves the right to award multiple contracts resulting from this RFP.Contractor will perform “as-needed” services upon request by WSA in accordance with the Statement of Work, provisions of this contract agreement and its attachments found herein, and all applicable law and WSA policies and procedures, as may be amended.
