Spring Independent School District is invitingproposals from qualified organizations to provideBefore and/or After School Care & Enrichment Services at designated District facilities. This RFP aims to identifymultiple qualified providers who will be selected tooperate and manage the Program within the District’s buildings.

The selected Providers will be responsible forimplementing and operating the Before and/or After School Care & EnrichmentServices Program, in alignment with the District’s goals and objectives, at thedesignated facilities.

Please note that the award of a contract to thesuccessful Providers does not guarantee the provision of services. The awardedProviders will be eligible to operate the Program in District facilities;however, actual service provision will depend on factors such as studentenrollment, program demand, and other conditions as determined by the District.

No guarantee of work is implied by a contract awardmade to the successful Providers.
