The parking expansion improvements are to consist of approximately 33,500 square feet of additional paving with the perimeter concrete ribbon curb. The project will provide a net increase of 29 spaces for a total of 108 spaces within the site. The proposed pavement section design is to match the existing section in place which consists of 2 inches of Type D HMAC over a Grade 4 seal coat, over 12 inches of crushed stone base over select fill. Existing subgrade is to be lime stabilized. Wheel stops are to be installed with each new parking space to prevent vehicles from entering the adjacent drainage channel or landscape area. All new parking stalls are to be striped to match pavement marking and striping on the existing pavement.
