The Public Utility Commissionof Texas (PUCT) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a Contractor tomonitor the implementation of the reliability plan for the Permian Basinregion. Specifically, the Contractor will oversee and monitor the performanceof transmission service providers (TSPs) that are responsible for theownership, construction, and operation of a Permian Basin Reliability Plan commonlocal project or import path. This RFPis issued under the authority of Texas Government Code Chapter 2254, SubchapterB, for expert consulting services.
