The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (“TxDMV”) for and on behalf of its Vehicle Titles and Registration Division (“VTR”), is soliciting Responses for providing design support, printing, and delivery of three specialized VTR forms, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Solicitation. These specialized forms are used by licensed motor vehicle dealers to facilitate the transfer of vehicle ownership under certain circumstances or to document the sale of unclaimed or seized vehicles when it has been auctioned off by law enforcement
