Respondent shall provide one-piece GPS monitoring devices with cellular data services and /or Wifi services. The service shall allow for enrollee tracking and will enable the supervising agent the ability to communicate with the enrollee through audible tones and/or vibrations. The device also must detect and record enrollee tampering. Respondent should also identify within its response the device’s ability to transmit data confirming an enrollee’s location in areas that prevent GPS signals and whether optional and/or auxiliary equipment is required to perform this function. Installation and deinstallation to be done by TJJD staff.
