Sam Houston State University (“SHSU” or “University” herein), through this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is seeking a qualified contractor for landscaping maintenance services at the College of Osteopathic Medicine campus in Conroe, TX, the Woodlands Center campus in The Woodlands, TX and any other location determined by the University during this contract.
