The Houston-Galveston Area Council is seeking proposals from qualified organizations who have an interest in providing and maintaining Broadband Consulting and Services in unserved and underserved areas of the Region. Ultimately, through this solicitation, H-GAC will create a list of pre-vetted ISPs that desire to work within the region to address Broadband deficiencies.
