The Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) Procurement and Contracting Services (PCS) on behalf of the Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to solicit Respondents to enter into contracts with DFPS to provide hotel/meeting space, services, and accommodations, for four consecutive business days (excluding federal and state holidays), in the selected months, between April 2026 through June 2026, for the“DFPS Statewide Contracting Meeting” (Meeting).
