The objective of this Pre-Solicitation Notice is to inform the vendor community that the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy intends to release a Request for Offer to replace its Legacy Regulatory Compliance Management System including ongoing maintenance and support of the replacement system. The Texas State Board of Public Accountancy Request for Offer will require Respondents to submit comprehensive Offers which include all required information and documentation that will be outlined in the Request for Offer.
