Description of goods or services to beprocured: The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) isseeking vendors to provide remediation and oversight engineering services atvarious sites that are within the purview of the Superfund Program includingState Superfund sites and Federal Superfund sites managed by the State ofTexas. This contract may also be utilized for similar activities by other TCEQProgram Areas and other sites at the discretion of the TCEQ. The term of thecontract is expected to be a continuous period from September 1, 2026 throughAugust 31, 2031.
