The Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) hereby provides notice of a Request for Offers (RFO) for a Contractor to install, operate, and maintain an Inmate Technology System to include an Inmate Telephone Service and an Inmate Tablet Service for eligible inmates. The scope for this solicitation will include all necessary personnel, supervision, infrastructure, hardware, software, equipment, installation, operation, maintenance, support, materials, supplies, training, transportation, and services at no cost to the TDCJ.
