The TexasDepartment of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) is providing a Notice of Intentto Procure services and goods for Lottery Operations and Services. TDLR will issuea Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from interested vendors toprovide lottery operations services and equipment, including, but not limitedto, a Lottery Gaming System, and sales, marketing, warehouse, distribution, andrelated services to implement and operate Texas Lottery games as authorized bylaw. The scope of the RFP (including all options) does not include videolottery, casino gaming, internet-based lottery sales, or other activities,goods, or services not authorized by law.
