The University of Houston seeks a qualified partner to execute preventative maintenance, testing, repairs, and support for 18 parking garage elevators across the main campus of various ages and manufacturers.

A mandatory pre-proposal site-visit will be held in person at UH General Services Building, 4211 Elgin St, Houston, TX 77204, Room 171 on Friday, January 16, 2026 @ 9:00 am CT. Failure to attend the mandatory pre-submittal meeting will result in disqualification.
