Hays County, Texas (“County”) is soliciting proposals for the selection of a qualified Commissioning Agent or Firm to provide commissioning services for the New Eastside Campus Building located at the corner of Bebee Road and Dacy Lane in Kyle, TX. The proposed design for the Eastside Campus Building is a three-story Mass Timber office building, approximately 72,000 square feet with secured private and employee parking lots and a two-lane covered drive thru.
