1. Purpose

The City of Liberty Hill, herein after “City”, seeks to enter into an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm or Corporation, herein after “Respondent”, to provide Professional Services, herein “Services”, for Owner’s Representative Services to carry out the revitalization of the Downtown District. This project requires a wide range of expertise, including land planning, infrastructure development/phasing, economic development incentives, construction management, and negotiating public/private partnerships.
