NOC CLINICAL COUNSELING AND CONSULTING PLLC

NOC has the infrastructure to manage projects from start to finish, our team is organized knowledgeable and able to multi-task. We specialize in communication, problem solving and leadership. Our staff are License Professional Counselor which gives us a wide range of technical ability to engage clients ages 10-99. We have 5 LPC's & 5 clerical staff. We finance projects through our established lines of credit. We have electronic systems that includes checks and balances to mitigate risk. We have access to additional mental and medical health professionals to partner. We were rewarded a state contract from the Department of Health & Human Services (Child Protective Services Div.) from August 2018- May 2021.(Contract # 24734693) award completion 5-2021, dollar amount per diem billable contract Prime.
