Vanderbilt Consulting is a Minority Women-Owned Information Technology Consulting firm founded in 2021. Our services provide Project, Program, Change & Portfolio Management for all sectors of business. We design and manage stakeholder engagement strategies that build trust and inform decision-making. Our team conducts focus groups, structured interviews, surveys, and listening sessions across diverse populations. We use culturally competent tools to reach vulnerable and historically underserved communities. We also support analysis and synthesis of stakeholder feedback to inform program design and policy. These services improve transparency, inclusion, and relevance in Medicaid and CHIP programming.
