Need to upgrade the house sub-panel from a current 50-amp in order to add a second kitchen appliance receptacle laundry receptacle add separate lighting circuit isolate bathroom receptacle as well as install AFCI/GFCI due to some branch receptacles not having equipment grounds ran with circuits (older home 2 wire branch)
Replace water line from house to the street.
Replacement of an existing water heater TANKLESS GAS WATER HEATER REPLACEMENT
Replace water lines from the meter to the home. Repipe water lines under the pier and beam foundation that inlcude two full bathrooms two kitchens and two washer drain lines. Replace 2 water heaters for both units. Replace cast iron drains for both units that include 2 full bathrooms that have 2 tubs 2 toilets and 2 lavatory sinks. We will also replace drain line for both kitchens and washers as well.
Replace existing duplex service with new 200 amp service.
