Texas Tech University("TTU") seeks Statements of Qualifications (“SOQ”) for architectural and/or design services (“Services”) from interested and qualified firms. The successful firms may contract directly with TTU and will work cooperatively with TTU and other project team members to successfully complete the full scope of the specified projects within budget and on schedule. TTU anticipates several projects related tostrategic initiatives of the campus and may qualify multiple firms to satisfy the needs.
