Texas Tech University (“TTU”) is seeking qualified Proposals in response to this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to provide Monitoring/Assessment, Maintenance, Repair, and/or Installation services (“Services”) related to underground and above-ground utility systems and infrastructure (“Utilities”). For the purpose of this RFP, Maintenance, and Repair may refer to repairs, replacements, and testing, while Installation may refer to new installation and/or relocation in existing or new construction under routine or emergency circumstances.
