Renovation of the FAC 21 auditorium classroom. The project will include new HVAC, electrical,
AV, fixed seating, and accessibility upgrades. It will also include heavy demo and potential
abatement. The construction cost allocated for this project is $5,750,000 to $6,250,000 (including
the Design-Build fee).
