Project encompasses renovating (4) existing Married Student Housing Brackenridge Apartment buildings (3351, 3353, 3363, 3369). Therenovation includes demo of HVAC, electrical, millwork, windows, sliding door,ceilings, plumbing fixtures, and gyp board. The renovation will include new stud walls, HVAC, electrical, plumbing fixtures, wall tile, VCT, windows,doors, and millwork.
