Pursuant to Chapter 2269 Subchapter D of the Texas Government Code, Williamson County (County) is seeking written proposals from qualified contractors to provide Competitive Sealed Proposals for Jail South AHU Replacement. County intends to utilize the one-step selection process for this solicitation and award. The County Jail South AHU Replacement Project consists of phased mechanical system upgrades within an actively occupied correctional facility. Continuous environmental control is critical; inmate-area temperatures must always be maintained between 65°F and 80°F throughout construction.
