Dry Cleaner Remediation Program Site Activities

📄Description

The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) is seeking vendors for multiple contracts to perform risk-based site assessment, non-engineered correctiveaction, and oversight services at Dry Cleaner sites under the Dry Cleaner Remediation Program (DCRP) of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). This Scope of Services may also be used at other sites (e.g., municipalsolid waste sites, brownfields, etc.) at the discretion of the TCEQ. The Dry Cleaner Remediation Program is authorized under Texas Health & Safety Code (THSC) Chapter 374 - Dry Cleaner Environmental Response. The term of the contract is expected to be a continuous period from September 1, 2025 through August 31, 2030.
