The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ)seeks a Contractor to perform site visits throughout the State of Texas toverify an applicant’s or grantee’s compliance with Texas Emission ReductionPlan (TERP) and Texas Volkswagen Environmental Mitigation Program(TxVEMP) requirements. This includes reviewing and confirming documentationrelevant to submitted grant applications, the condition of equipment in a grantapplication or contract, and grantee performance during the life of a grant contract.

Upon completion of the site visits, the Contractorwill prepare reports for TERP and TxVEMP staff as detailed in the Deliverablesection of the Scope of Work.

The Contract will commence on September 1, 2025, orthe date of last Contract Signature, whichever is later, and continue throughAugust 31, 2026. This Contract may be renewed for four (4) one-year terms.
