The State of Texas, by and through Texas Southern University (TSU), seeks sealedproposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive digital media, website development and maintenance, audio/visual (A/V) technology, and professional photography services. Services will support three (3) to five (5)health-related programs. The University requires that all services be provided by one (1) vendor to ensure consistency of branding, streamlined communication,and uniformity of deliverables. The selected firm must demonstrate proven experience delivering integrated media, web, A/V, and photography services under a single contract. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in the solicitation document bythe specified deadline and requirements set forth in the Request for Offer (RFO). The successful proposer(s) will provide the scope of services inaccordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards.
