1.1 GENERAL INFORMATION: The Texas State UniversitySystem (“Owner”) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (“Qualifications”) forthe selection of a Professional Engineer (“PE”) firm for design of the LakeAment Dam Alteration project (the “Project”) on the Owner’s property north of Terlingua, Texas, in accordance with the terms,conditions, and requirements set forth in this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”). Prospective PE firms are hereinafter referredto as “Respondents”.
