1.1 GENERALINFORMATION: The Texas StateUniversity System (“Owner”) on behalf of Texas State University (“Institution”), are soliciting Statements of Qualifications(“Qualifications”) for selection of a Design/Build firm for the ALERRTCenter Improvements (“Project”),on the University’s ALERRT Center site located in San Marcos, Texas. This solicitation sets forth theterms, conditions, and requirements for prospective Design/Build firms to beconsidered for this work.
