The State Preservation Board is soliciting bids for all labor, materials, equipment,supervision and everything necessary to perform preventive maintenance andinspection services for the generators maintained by the Board in Austin,TX. Services include Inspections, Annual Load Bank Testing, and Fuel Samples.

Interested bidders must attend a Mandatory Pre-Bid Site Visit on Thursday July 31,2025 at 9:30AM and pre-register by Wednesday July 30, 2025 at 2:00PM.

Bids are due not later than Tuesday August 26, 2025 not later than 2:00PM, CT for services beginning in September 2025.
