A well in Loving County is actively leaking produced water from an undetermined location. The flow rate cannot be determined and the affected area measures approximately 360 feet by 18 feet. There are cattle in the area and chlorides tested at 154,000 ppm. Requesting emergency PA funds to contain and haul fluids, excavate, and attempt to repair the well once the source of the leak is located.
