Requesting additional EPO funds to cover plugging expenses for orphan wells. Wells are located on the Matagorda Island Block 487 (MI-487) Platform in the Gulf of Mexico. The District office in Houston contacted three (3) vendors that could provide the services and selected the vendor that could respond immediately and was the best value for the State of Texas.
