Requesting additional EPO Funds to perform Coiled Tubing services to plug a leaking H2S Well in Van Zandt County. This is an H2S well with H2S concentrations of 450,000 parts per million. The 500 part per million radius of exposure for this well is 1,854 feet. The 100 part per million radius of exposure is 4,057 feet. The flowline has developed a leak from a weld that failed and one or more of valves on the wellhead are leaking to continuously supply the flowline with more gas. The district office in Henderson contacted three (3) vendors that could provide the services and selected the vendor that could respond immediately and was the best value for the State of Texas.
