Requesting SMP EPO Funds to Plug a leaking offshore well in Matagorda County. The well is leaking gas from the wellhead component on the wing valve. The District Office contacted the vendor that could provide the required services, respond quickly and was the best value for the State of Texas. Loredo has chosen CES as their contractor for timing and cost reasons.
