An unidentified well in Andrews County is actively leaking produced water from the ground at an unknown rate. The affected area measures approximately 200 feet by 100 feet. Requesting PA EPO funds for backhoes to build a road and a pit with a liner to contain the flow. Funds will also be used to haul fluids from location until a plugging rig can be located. The District office in Midland contacted three (3) vendors that could provide the services and selected the vendor that could respond immediately and was the best value for the State of Texas.
