The affected area measures approximately 320 feet by 110 feet, flow rate is 7 barrels per hour, and chlorides tested 94,815 ppm. Requesting emergency funds to haul fluids and plug the leaking wellbore. The Lubbock District office contacted three (3) vendors that could provide the services and selected the vendor that could respond immediately and was the best value for the State of Texas.
