An unidentified well in Scurry County is actively leaking produced water at a rate of 50 barrels per hour. The affected area measures approximately 50 feet by 200 feet and chlorides tested 71,111 ppm. Requesting emergency PA funds to dig a pit and haul fluids until the leak can be stopped. The Lubbock District office contacted three (3) vendors that could provide the services and selected the vendor that could respond immediately and was the best value for the State of Texas.
