QuantBio7 real time PCR instruments for testing Carbapenem Resistant Organism.Currently used real time PCR platform for testing of Carbapenem Resistant Organism is being discontinued by vendor with a sunset date of 2030. To keep performing this test for the Antimicrobial Resistacne Lab Network, an equivalent platform will need to be validated. The testing for Carbapenem Resistant Organism is supported by the SHARP grant and CDC approved the expense for replacement of current real time PCR platform by the Quantstudio 7 platform.
