DFPS isissuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather insights and informationfrom the vendor community regarding solution options for an ECMS. The currentECMS vendor contract for DFPS is nearing the end of its terms and conditions, likelyrequiring the procurement of a new contract. Therefore, DFPS seeks insightsfrom the vendor community to inform its strategy before starting the formalRequest for Offer (RFO) process. This request for information does not obligate DFPS to issue an RFO or award a contract. Thedecision to publish an RFO based on the insights gathered through this RFIrests solely with DFPS. Vendors who do not respond to this RFI are not excludedfrom participating in an RFO.
