The General Land Office (“GLO”) and the Veterans Land Board (“VLB”) (collectively the “GLO/VLB” or “Agency”) intends to post a Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) for Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity ("IDIQ") Professional Architectural and Engineering ("A/E") Services.

The GLO/VLB intends to award multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (“IDIQ”) contracts via this Solicitation to Providers to perform A/E services for the Agency for various projects at locations throughout Texas, including, but not limited to: Texas State Veterans Homes; Texas State Veterans Cemeteries; the Alamo complex; construction and demolition sites along the Texas coast and in declared disaster areas; Permanent School Fund (“PSF”) properties; and any other projects that further the present or future statutory duties of the GLO/VLB and are within the scope of the Provider's license. The primary objective of this Solicitation is prequalification of A/E firms for specific specializations. Respondents to this Solicitation must have professional architects and/or engineers on staff that are registered and licensed to perform services in the State of Texas.
