The Texas General LandOffice (GLO) and the Veterans Land Board (VLB), is seeking a highly skilledcontractor to construct the proposed Phase 3 - Crypts and Columbarium Expansion to the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen, Texas (the Project).Texas State Veterans Cemeteries are built through a partnership between the State of Texas and the United States Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), andare managed by the VLB. This project will expand the number of columbarium niches and burial crypts for the benefit and continuing recognition of Texas Veterans who have served in the United States Armed Forces.

The project will 'encompass' an administration annex building, a new committal shelter, cortegelane restroom, a columbarium plaza and double-depth pre-placed crypts as wellas roads and grounds with supporting infrastructure. The facility must be constructed to meet all VA and State construction standards. The approximate cost range for the project(base, base + add/alts) is $11 to $12.5 million
