Texas Woman’s University (“TWU”) is seeking competitive responses to a Request for Proposal (“RFP”) for Hazardous Waste Disposal Services. This RFP provides sufficient information for interested parties (“Proposers”) to prepare and submit Proposals for consideration by TWU. Additional information may be made available by written request to the point of contact indicated provided on the RFP coversheet.

The Proposal should be prepared and economically, providing a straightforward, concise description of the Proposer’s ability to meet the requirements of this RFP. Emphasis should be on completeness, clarity of content, responsiveness to the requirements, and an understanding of TWU’s needs.

By submitting a Proposal, the Proposer certifies that it understands this RFP and has full knowledge of the scope, nature, quality, and quantity of the work to be performed, the detailed requirements of the Services to be provided, and the conditions under which the Services are to be performed. The Proposer also understands that all costs relating to preparing and responding to this RFP will be the sole responsibility of the Proposer. If selected by TWU, the Proposer will notify TWU immediately of any material change in any matters with regard to which the Proposer has made a statement or representation or provided information.
