In accordancewith the provisions of Texas GovernmentCode Chapter 2254, Subchapter D and Texas Administrative Code, Title 1, Chapter57, Texas Woman’s University (“TWU”) solicits responses to the Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) from lawfirms and attorneys interested in providingoutside counsel services to TWU in the areas of Contracts and Agreements; RealEstate; Construction; Intellectual Property; Immigration and International Law;Tax Matters; Charitable Trust and Gift Administration and Litigation;Technology, Privacy and Data Security Law; Investigations; Bond Counsel;Employment; Governance; Higher Education; Texas Public Information Act; TexasOpen Meetings Act; and Risk Management.

This RFQ and the responses theretowill establish a “Pool” of law firms or attorneys practicing in each of the areasof law identified below, so that the TWU Office of General Counsel may contract with those law firmsor attorneys as appropriate to serve as counsel representing TWU on specific matters as the needarises during the contract period.
