The University of Houston System is soliciting statements of qualifications from interested firms to provide architectural design services for various renovation and new construction projects on an as-needed basis. The types of projects include, but are not limited to: classrooms, research laboratories, offices, student life spaces, site improvements, administration buildings and other typical projects found on the campus of a university.

There will be a mandatory pre-submittal meeting held on Monday, January 5, 2026 at 3:00 PM CT via Zoom. Failure to attend the mandatory pre-submittal meeting will result in disqualification. Prospective respondents must register in advance through the following link and are strongly encouraged to register at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of scheduled pre-submittal meeting:
