The TexasLottery intends to enter in a proprietary purchase with Garron Lottery Productsfor maintenance services on drawing machines and drawing equipment manufacturedby Garron Lottery Products and owned by the Texas Lottery Commission. Thissolicitation is being advertised in accordance with the State Lottery Act (Tex.Gov't Code ch. 466.001), as amended; the procurement rules of the Texas LotteryCommission, 16 Tex. Admin. Code (TAC) §401.101, et seq.; and other applicablelaws of the state of Texas. Only bidsconforming exactly to these specifications, which include proposing only the brandname(s), make and model number(s) specified, will be considered in determiningthe award. If a competing vendor believes it can satisfy these specifications,it should respond and explain how the specifications can be met.
