Texas Tech University (“TTU”) is seeking competitive sealed proposals for the upgrade and replacement of traffic signal equipment, such as poles and pedestrian crossing signals. TTU is attempting to create a more efficient and safe intersection at Flint Avenue and Main Street, located on the TTU campus in Lubbock, Texas.
