The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) seeks to contract laboratory services to perform remedial and compliance analyses of samples for several environmental regulatory programs within the State of Texas. TCEQ may make multiple and/or regional awards for the work set forth in this scope of work. TCEQ is seeking contractors that can provide the highest quality of performance in a timely manner and for reasonable charges. The contractor will need to meet the minimum qualifications stated in Section D, Specifications and Performance Standards, and will need to have adequate facilities to meet the demands for timely performance of analyses of samples provided by several regulatory programs of TCEQ. The contract will commence on September 1, 2026, or the date of last signature on the contract, and continue through August 31, 2027. This contract may be renewed for four (4) one-year renewal periods upon mutual written agreement between both parties.
