Texas Southern University is seeking to enter into non-exclusive contract with established, qualified and experienced System Analyst knowledgeable in public higher education administration information technology issues. This Scope of Work (SOW) outlines the requirements and expectations for the selection of a system analyst to support Texas Southern University in achieving its information technology objectives and project. The selected analyst will be responsible for multiple duties assigned with the Information Technology department.
