Solicitation Name: Shade Awning Installation in BLDG. 634 at Austin State Hospital Campus

Description: HHSC PCS is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for the design, fabrication and installation of an awning at Health Specialty and Care System (HSCS) Bldg. 634 located on the Austin State Hospital (ASH) campus.

Mandatory On-Site Visit

HHSC will conduct two (2) mandatory on-site visits at the location specified below on the date and time identified in the Procurement Schedule (cover page of this IFB)or on the date and time established in subsequent Addenda.

The on-site visits will include a review of the IFB requirements as well as a walk-through of the facility.

Attendance at one site visit is mandatory. Failure to attend in person will result in the disqualificationof a Bidder. Bidders not listed on the attendance log will not be permitted to submit a Response.

Site Visit Instructions: Bidders should enter Austin State Hospital (ASH) campus roadway - North End at 909 W. 45th Street, Austin, TX and turn immediately (East) into the fenced in area. Drive past Bldg. 633 on your right and park at the north end of Bldg. 634 just after passing Bldg.633. Come to north sliding glass entry door of Bldg. 634 and call David Umscheid.
