RFQDescription:

The Employees RetirementSystem of Texas (ERS) is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeking qualifiedAdvisors that have existing strategies to provide general public equityinvestment advisory services. A detailed description of the Services will beprovided in the RFQ and the particular strategy that ERS is seeking can befound in Appendix E.

ERS may select more than one(1) Advisor to provide the Services. ERS will execute a contract (Contract)with the Advisor provided by, and satisfactory to, ERS, and the Advisor will beresponsible for its performance under the Contract. The Contract Term willbegin on the date specified in the Contract and will continue and can beterminated as provided for in the Contract.

Anticipated RFQ Publish Date:

The expected RFQ publishing date is in January 2026. Oncethe RFQ is published, notice will be placed on theElectronic State Business Daily (ESBD) at: https://www.txsmartbuy.gov/esbd and ERS’ website at: https://www.ers.texas.gov/doing-business-with-ers/current-and-upcoming-opportunities
